By providing multi-level lookups for GoldMine History logging this application integrates with GoldMine to make it easy to pick Activity Codes and Result Codes from a categorised list. It also enforces code selection so that all Calendar and History records are coded. Developed by ProUnison for a client providing health services

GoldMine provides really useful functionality for linking documents, and other files, to contacts ... basic document management. However if the files get moved in Windows then the links in GoldMine are broken. This application finds all the broken links and helps the user fix them easily.

Lots of clients find additional contacts in GoldMine really useful for managing non-primary contacts, however, keeping track of merge codes for these contacts could be easier. MergeCoder allows you to easily view all additional contact merge codes and update them.

SurveyHelper ©
SurveyHelper is a custom application for GoldMine Premium Edition we developed recently for a client of ours so as to allow them to batch import large volumes of survey data as completed by their staff in Excel spreadsheets.

SurveyHelper takes each Excel Survey Worksheet, validates that all the questions have been answered and that there are no errors in the file. It then imports this data into GoldMine by creating GoldMine Detail Records against the the relevant Contact records. This import includes all the questions, their possible answer choices and the answer selected in each case. In this way the data becomes part of the contact's profile in GoldMine and can be used for analysis and reporting as necessary.
