As part of the Unlimited Potential Community Affairs initiative from Microsoft, the Microsoft Authorised Refurbishers
programme works in partnership with refurbishers to help under-served communities realise their potential through access
to low cost technology solutions.
Through the programme, refurbishers are licensed to install Windows 98 Second Edition and Windows 2000 Professional
operating systems on refurbished computers supplied to Eligible Recipients throughout the region. This programme has been
created to meet the needs of refurbishers and promote digital inclusion by helping under-served communities access
affordable operating systems for refurbished computers.

Charitable Organisation
An organisation that satisfies the Microsoft Software Donation Eligibility Guidelines. These are updated from time to time.
